What it does

The LUX Edition takes the original BIG RED PANIC BUTTON™ and adds configurable RGBW underglow, browser-based customization, firmware updates, and custom engraving at no additional charge. It ships ready to use as an instant workstation lock button.

True RGBW illumination

Configurable ambient underglow with a dedicated warm-white channel.

LUX adds a dedicated warm-white LED channel for natural, classic illumination, rather than mixing white from red, green, and blue.

Choose anything from restrained warm-white desk lighting to saturated color and animated effects.

Configurable when you want it

Every LUX ships configured for one press → instant lock, but can send virtually any keyboard shortcut or key combination.

Use the WolfSmart.io HID Configurator directly from your browser to customize the button's action, lighting, brightness, and effects. Configure once: LUX remembers.

Built to evolve

One-click browser firmware updates.

LUX is firmware-upgradeable, so compatible new features and improvements can be added after your button leaves our workshop. When an update is available, the WolfSmart.io HID Configurator lets you know automatically. Updates install directly through your browser with one click: no bootloader mode, firmware downloads, or manual file transfers required.

New firmware is verified on the device before activation. If an update fails or is interrupted, LUX automatically returns to its last known-working firmware.
